e.pure  program will be implemented in three  phases:

 

 

• Setting up the e.pure program criteria and philosophies.    This will result in a Program Manual and Plan of Actions,  specifying  in details, procedures, terms, conditions and protocols for program implementation.

• Short listing , prequalifying  and appointing the system integrators, components manufacturers and service providers (local & international).

• Surveying , selecting and sorting  the most needful villages for implementing the e.pure program.

• Supervision of e.pure  plants manufacturing  operations.

• Management of e.pure program implementation including monitoring the plan of actions.
